Melinda Lundquisthas orchestrated 20 years of progressive and diverse professional expertise and leadership growth in an impressively wide variety of infrastructure design and project entitlement management. Melinda is a proven expert in multifamily design, masterplan community design consultation, pipeline corridor design and oil and gas facilities design including governmental entitlement processing. Melinda’s forte is the balance between participating in and managing the intricacies of site grading, drainage and utility design within CVL, while providing clients with consulting team leadership and project knowhow to bring more than civil engineering capability to our clients’ success stories and bottom lines. Melinda is persistent in guiding her design teams to achieve project approvals and constructible infrastructure plans. Melinda’s multitasking capability to manage and effectively complete many projects simultaneously is a hallmark of what she creates time and time again for CVL and our clients.

Stormwater management during construction activities is more important than ever as government agencies focus more acutely on protecting the environment by issuing more robust regulations. Melinda as responded to this industry beginning in 2010 by completing training and obtaining certifications in plan development, field implementation of BMPs, inspections and environmental law.

Melinda earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Michigan Tech; she obtained her Professional Engineering license in Colorado in 2004.

Melinda spends her time away from work snow skiing, hiking, gardening, cake decorating and traveling.
