Pat is a multi-faceted professional with over 20 years of diversified experience in leadership, senior level management, strategic planning, and project management roles with recognized excellence across business sectors. His professional work includes over 15 years of private sector land surveying and development experience where he acted in the capacity of owner’s representative, surveyor in responsible charge, and construction manager for the development community in all phases of the entitlement and construction processes. The balance of his career revolved around nearly a decade of public sector experience including time spent as a Public Works Director and Assistant City Manager in the City of Alamosa, Colorado. This diverse experience allows Pat to assess development and construction from both sides of the issue, often finding creative and innovative solutions that result in satisfactory outcomes for all parties. Pat’s rare combination of operational and administrative experience uniquely qualifies him to provide our clients with high levels of project support and effective customer service from purchase through entitlement and construction.
Pat has earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Adams State University in southern Colorado and has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor since 2006. He enjoys camping with his family, disappearing into the backcountry on his motorcycles, hunting, and fishing.
