Sarah Kolz has been working with CVL’s current senior management group for 22 years. Her breadth of knowledge spans metro district field services, large rural residential lot projects, mixed use communities and commercial development. Sarah is versed in all aspects of civil infrastructure design. She has been managing multiple teams and projects for decades. CVL’s clients enjoy her engineering expertise, her organization in preparing and adhering to schedules, her impressive professional attributes and her magnetic personality. Sarah sets and achieves aggressive project deadlines on CVL’s clients’ behalves. To put it simply, she gets things done and provides a service that allows clients to focus on other things they would rather, knowing that they will be taken care of.
Sarah is an accomplished stormwater manager including infrastructure projects for land development and oil and gas. Sarah holds multiple stormwater management certificates.
Sarah is a leader for CVL in seeking out, organizing and managing outside technical training for our staff including soft skills and technical skills. Sarah serves as a senior liaison for the committees that drive our social activities within CVL.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Sarah is active in the HBA’s Stormwater Committee.
Sarah enjoys spending her time away from work snow skiing, hiking, and watching her sons play competitive sports!
