Mark Scheurer Mark Scheurer directs all drainage design related to CVL’s projects. He manages a staff that morphs in size between 3 and several engineers as projects reach various milestones. The design criteria associated with Front Range projects has been everchanging in recent years as new and varied solutions are favored by the approving agencies. Mark understands the need to implement economical channel cross sections, drop structures and for outlet structures at detention ponds to reserve CVL’s clients’ valuable land for development, whether it be for residential, commercial or industrial uses. There is a challenging balance between the economics of any given project and the creative solutions mandated by the governmental oversight entities. Mark is dedicated to bringing the stormwater conveyance and storage system design forward in the process. He meets with the governing jurisdictions early in the project in a best practices mindset to optimize the associated infrastructure solutions. This approach the best brings the drainage solutions into view for our clients at the earliest possible time in the life of their projects.
